Information collected

When you submit a property inquiry, WorkEnhance may receive your name, business email, company name if supplied, phone number if supplied, property of interest, inquiry type, offer amount if supplied, and message.

Purpose

This information is used to review and respond to your property inquiry and, where relevant, discuss an acquisition, offer, lease-to-own arrangement or license.

Storage and service providers

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s configured database and may be sent through Resend to deliver an email notification. Website hosting and form processing may involve infrastructure in more than one country. WorkEnhance does not currently publish a fixed retention period; inquiries are retained while needed to respond and manage the request, subject to applicable obligations.
